For anyone familiar with Ashby Mews in Brockley South East London, they will have come accross our planning approved scheme at the South end of the Mews some time ago. What was originally a double garage unit, becomes a light-filled two-storey live/work unit within the heart of the Brockley Conservation Area and a stone’s throw from local amenities. The design was conceived to introduce a half-basement level allowing the integration of a second storey with minimal visual impact on the locality and on the amenity of others. This project was the first successful planning application for conversion at the South end of Ashby Mews is pending construction in the not too distant future.
