James is a Chartered Architect with diverse experience producing and realising exceptional buildings across a range of typologies and scales. James’ has 20 years experience in commercial practice in London, working with established and visionary practitioners including Ted Cullinan, Richard MacCormac, Ron Arad (2003-2013) and Richard Rogers at RSH+P (2013-2019).

James is a talented designer with a particular interest in innovative construction and inventive detail design. James is a practical, hands-on Architect - constructional logic shapes James’ design work. He relishes the challenges associated with creating, developing and delivering original Architectural work.

As a maker and designer, he has a particular interest in timber construction, timber fabrication technology and the integration of architecture and landscape.

James’ education combined a rigorous, technical Architectural Degree at The University of Nottingham and a typically experimental Diploma in Architecture at the Bartlett School where he was awarded a Commendation in Architectural Design.

Chryssanthi studied in Scotland, in France and in London. She combined urban and rural studies with a technical degree and a more experimental college diploma. She is a registered architect since 2007.

Her working experience spans over 17 years of practice within London’s residential market. She has worked with private owners, developers and landlords on new builds, refurbishments, extensions and conversions. In her work, Chryssanthi has displayed a proven agility in navigating the planning system. She has claimed some remarkable ‘planning wins’ in complex and historically difficult sites. She is known for her creative approach to delivering on a client’s brief despite site restrictions and program complexity.

Chryssanthi has previously spent four years working for Zaha Hadid, leading a team of architects through the design stages of a residential tower and adjacent hotel tower. She has also taught a second year architecture studio at Nottingham University and been a guest tutor at the Bartlett and the Architectural Association. Since 2015, she returned to independent practice for private clients and UK based developers.

Chryssanthi is Certified Passive House Designer.
